Yes. You see every suspected difference, how sure we are, and why, before paying anything.

How much money can Veritally find for me?

It depends on your orders and what the marketplace got wrong, so we never promise a number. The free preview shows the exact amount we found in your own reports, and how sure we are about each rupee, before you pay anything.

Do I need to give my seller panel or bank password?

No. You download your payments, orders and bank statement yourself and upload them. Veritally never logs in to your marketplace or bank, and never asks for a password.

Is my data safe?

Your file stays on your phone. Only the numbers the check needs are sent, encrypted, and you can delete everything with one tap.

Which reports do I need?

Your payments or settlement report from the seller panel. Add the orders report to find unpaid orders, and your bank statement to confirm each payout arrived.

Which marketplaces and languages does Veritally support?

Meesho, Amazon India, Flipkart (including Shopsy) and Myntra are read column by column, along with Limeroad and payment gateways like Razorpay and Cashfree. AJIO, Nykaa, JioMart, Snapdeal, Tata CLiQ and GlowRoad are read by matching columns. The app works in English, हिंदी, বাংলা, ગુજરાતી, मराठी, தமிழ், తెలుగు and ಕನ್ನಡ.

Do you file claims inside my seller account?

No. We never log in to your account. We prepare each claim with the order numbers and amounts, you paste it into the panel, and we track it with you.

What if the marketplace changes its report format?

Veritally recognises columns by their meaning, not their position, and tells you plainly if a file isn't one we can read yet, instead of guessing.
